We are looking to sponsor clubs across the country, by providing prizes and winnable sashes specific to Barnevelder birds placed into club shows. By providing a simple sash, we aim to incentivize owners and breeders of Barnevelder to enter and exhibit their birds, as there is the chance to win a prize! Every bird entered, goes up against birds in the same category, so you never know if your Barnevelder could go on to win major prizes! You have to be in it to win it.
Barnevelder are lacking in representation as an exhibition bird; we know they are challenging to breed to perfection – so don’t aim for perfection, aim for the standard. Have fun showing, learning and improving each generation.
We have sponsored numerous clubs across Australia in 2025, and so far have sponsored handfuls of shows in 2026. Head to the links below to view which clubs are sponsored, and to view results and images of winning birds; updated as we go!
If you are interested in getting the Barnevelder Club of Australia to send a sash to your club, please email our secretary below, or contact us on our Facebook page.
